Fraud and Abuse - Future Service Credit Purchases

According to the Public Employees Contributory Retirement Act and the Public Employees Noncontributory Retirement Act, employers that elect to offer a service purchase plan are required to adopt a purchase policy that includes nondiscriminatory participation standards for all regular full-time employees. In other words, this policy should treat all full-time employees the same with regard to purchasing future service credit.
