and/or using URS for Employers, you ( user ) indicate your acceptance

Employers to execute transactions, problems can occur that are

ACCESS TO PASSWORD PROTECTED/SECURE AREAS.
Access to and use of password protected and/or secure area of URS
for Employers is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized
access to such areas is prohibited and may lead to criminal
prosecution.

LOSS OF PASSWORD.
If you become aware of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your
password or User ID(s), immediately notify URS at 800-365-8772 . You
are responsible for the confidentiality, and use of your password
and User ID(s).

REMEDIES.
URS reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in
equity for violations of the rules stated within this agreement, as
well as the right to restrict access to this site from other
Internet sites.

JURISDICTION/GOVERNING LAW.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Utah , USA , and applicable
federal laws without regard to conflicts of law principals. User
agrees that any and all proceedings relating to URS for Employers
and the subject matter contained herein shall be maintained in the
courts of the state of Utah or the federal district courts sitting
in Utah , which courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for such
purpose.
