The Utah Retirement Systems 401(k) Plan and 457 Deferred Compensation Plan are voluntary tax-deferred retirement savings programs authorized under sections 401(k) and 457 of the Internal Revenue code. These plans are available to state, local government, and educational employees throughout Utah.
